Who we are!

Founded in 1998, we were the first NGO to provide knowledge about HIV and AIDS through village level IEC campaigns (information, education and communication) so that people protect themselves and others from infection, reduce stigma and breaking down barriers to treatment and support. Through numerous street theaters, trainees, distribution of leaflets, hoardings, posters and banners, have been sent across the district and beyond fir effective interventions. We have launched www.rtmsapmandal.org for moving our information provision service online and thus increasing our reach and impact.

Mission

Work as ‘an agent of change’ helping the marginalized, disadvantaged and vulnerable to actualize their rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India.
Work in collaboration with government and non – government agencies as a resource unit as well as participate in policy formulation.
Mobilize people to participate actively in the development process through volunteerism, active citizenship, collective action, networking and advocacy initiatives.
Empower women, adolescent girls, children infected and affected with HIV & AIDS, first generation adolescents living with HIV, orphans, senior citizens ensuring their equitable and sustainable development.
Provide quality education to children from low-income families and orphan boys.
Ensuring livelihoods through natural resource management – Jaljivan, watershed development etc.

Tribal and Social welfare.
